Closed Hybrid Coolers

 

The standard ranges CRF and KSF are designed to be fitted with plume suppression coil. These towers are then called CRIM and KSFIM. Their efficiency is secure by a finned tube coil combined with adjustment of the water spray on the packing done with a modulating valve. This flow regulation is very unique on the market. In this case, the air is much dryer, both by spraying less water and by drying it up with the coil. In addition to the visual plume suppression, this system reduces the water consumption up to 80 %, and is an additional obstacle to drift. This technology has been developed by Jacir - Air Traitement in collaboration with the CETIAT in France 30 years ago, and is now subject to patents. The hybrid closed towers are totally adapted to operate without glycol in winter and with no freezing hazard for the coil and for the exchanger. Their design makes the cleaning very easy to secure safety and performance.
