Jacir announces the acquisition of the German company KTK Kühlturme Karlsruhe GmbH, via its holding company COFINAIR SAS.
This acquisition creates significant value for the COFINAIR group, already recognized by its JACIR and GOHL brands as a European leader in the supply of towers
Who?
German company KTK looks back on over 50 years of experience in developing and manufacturing cooling tower technologies. More than 10,000 cooling towers have been supplied to approx. 100 countries.
The KTK will join the existing group of JACIR and GOHL, now offering the most extensive range of technologies, applications and materials on the market. Every brand has been directly positioned for the market. The three companies are pooling their strengths to create synergies in development, product range and sales opportunities.
This new acquisition will strengthen the COFINAIR Group which is now becoming a major player in Europe in the field of evaporative cooling for the premium market. State of the art cooling systems supported by strong R&D will be the path to our future.
